The Thrower’s Academy Athlete Training Camp is a 4-day training program designed to demonstrate to the athlete the weekly training regimen necessary to master the technique of the Shot Put and Discus for optimal meet performance.  Each day (Monday - Thursday) consists of a two hour practice session revolving around strength training and skill development.

I hereby grant permission for my child to attend The Thrower’s Academy Athlete Training Camp sponsored by GreatWorks Fitness.  I certify that (s)he is physically fit for all camp activities, and grant my permission in case of injury, accident, or illness to be treated by a licensed physician.  Furthermore, I release The Thrower’s Academy Athlete Training Camp, GreatWorks Fitness, Wendolynn Allen, and employees from any and all liability for personal injury arising out of participation in The Thrower’s Academy Athlete Training Camp.
