The Thrower’s Academy Coaches Clinic is a six hour practical training session that will offer coaches new and innovative strategies and tactics for training throwers.  This clinic will also provide a year-long micro/macro training schedule to suggest for athletes as well as instruction on efficiently structuring practice time to ensure adequate strength training and skill development for peak performance.

Many of the methods taught can also effectively be used to train sprinters and other sport athletes during cross-training/off-season workouts.
