The Thrower’s Academy Athlete Skills Clinic is a three hour practical training session that will offer each athlete a thorough comprehension of the Shot Put and Discus events.  This training session will provide each athlete with the solid technical foundation necessary for excelling in state, national, and collegiate level competition.

This clinic will also provide a suggested weekly training program to ensure adequate strength training and skill development for peak performance.

I hereby grant permission for my child to attend The Thrower’s Academy  Athlete Skills sponsored by GreatWorks Fitness.  I certify that (s)he is physically fit for all camp activities, and grant my permission in case of injury, accident, or illness to be treated by a licensed physician.  Furthermore, I release The Thrower’s Academy Core-Conditioning Camp, GreatWorks Fitness, Wendolynn Allen, and employees from any and all liability for personal injury arising out of participation in The Thrower’s Academy Athlete Skills Clinic.
